Theres a grineer camp that should be marked on your map once you hit the Plains. Head there, whip out your scanner and look around. One of the shards has a tutorial window for using the scanner over it. Thats the problem, there is no grineer camp that is marked. The "Saya Vigil" achievement is still locked for me even though i have unlocked it. According to steam statistics, I unlocked the achievement on october 13th. Unfortunately, as i recall, nothing happened (may be due to massive lags on servers back then) and I still have it locked.
